Anita Briem and Anisa Butt
Anita Briem hails from Iceland. Anita is well-known for the actress who was Jane Seymour in the TV show The Tudors. Briem began her professional career as an actor at National Theater Iceland at 9 years old. Briem had been an actor in Iceland in her youth. Briem was a child performer in the age of 16 when she moved to London. Participated in the production of Lenin and the Count of Monte Cristo, performed in Love by The New End Theater. Briem, then 19, was admitted to the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. She studied there over three years. Briem earned her degree in Drama, and was awarded the John Barton Prize under the Scenic Fight category. The Cherry Garden (Anton Chekhov) and Bernarda Alba's home written by Federico Garcia Lorca were among the numerous plays that she was part of during her time at RADA. Briem worked in London's theater after graduating, performing the role of a Catalog of Misunderstanding by Mike Figgis in the National Theater Studio and the five-
